HASSLE-FREE WORKERS'
COMPENSATION WITH OUR

WHAT IS AN
ADR PROGRAM?

It’s an alternative way to resolve injured worker claims that replaces the Workers’ Compensation Board with a program created by labor and management. We collectively bargain with approved unions to establish ADR programs that manage workplace injuries at sites covered by Project Labor Agreements to the benefit of both labor and management.

ADR PROVIDES 50-65%
REDUCTION IN OVERALL COST TO THE CONSTRUCTION ENTITY, WHILE GIVING BETTER AND QUICKER BENEFITS TO THE INJURED WORKER.

SERVICES WE OFFER

Working for decades with ADR stakeholders in our state, our team has a wealth of relevant experience coupled with intimate knowledge of all legal aspects of New York State workers' compensation, including:

ADMIN

With 100 years of workers’ compensation experience, and four generations now leading the charge, we’re exceptionally equipped to draft ADR contracts and create an effective medical panel and claims adjudication process. We rely on highly respected physicians who treat injured workers, not “litigation doctors” who churn out cases for the benefit of claimants.

Set Up

We design ADR programs that are virtually turnkey. Our attorneys use their expertise to negotiate all labor contracts with the goal of providing a fair and successful system for all participants. With a 100% approval rating, all programs are approved by the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.

Consulting

Our clients are assigned a personal DFS-licensed claims consultant with 35 years of workers’ compensation experience who will educate all parties and provide guidance from start to finish. With attorney oversight, we handle all workers’ compensation disputes and negotiate with  labor’s chosen ombudsperson to resolve claims quickly and fairly.
